Josh began at The Arc of York County as a high school student working at Camp Pennwood in 1984. He began working as a full time employee in 1987. Since that time, Josh has held several positions including Director of Recreation, Employment Training Specialist, Penn Employment Coordinator, Director of Supported Employment, and Director of Operations. He was named Executive Director in October of 2017.

Jim has more than 25 years of non-profit income development experience. Over that time he has raised millions of dollars for several non-profit organizations in south central Pennsylvania. He is proud to be part of The Arc of York County family.
Jim lives in York with his wife, Dana, his two sons, Noah and Sam, and their Cavapoo, Rosie. In his down time, Jim is usually watching his sons play lacrosse. He’s also a die hard Philadelphia Eagles fan who is still celebrating their first Super Bowl victory!!

Alicia has more than 21 years of experience in the social services field. She has worked in various parts of the field including direct care, job coaching, Vocational Services Manager, and now as the Director of Community Services. She served in the U.S. Army as a military police officer for 5 years previously. She is proud to be part of The Arc of York County family.
